How does Pay Per Report work?

You're only charged when you generate a report - $19 each. All of the Scale plan features are included; there's no monthly minimum.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings at any time.

What happens if I hit my monthly report limit on Free Forever?

You'll be prompted to upgrade to Pay Per Report or Scale before generating another report. Your exports remain yours; the app does not keep a patient-identifiable Recent Reports list.

Is my patient data secure?

Yes. ChiroReports is built to support HIPAA compliance by keeping patient identifiers out of the backend workflow. Names and dates of birth stay in your browser, generated reports use placeholders/de-identified text, and reports are exported from the session instead of being listed in a patient-identifiable Recent Reports area.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes - if ChiroReports isn't a fit within your first 14 days on Scale, email us and we'll issue a refund. Please note: on the Scale plan, we deduct $19 for each report generated during that period before refunding the balance.

Can multiple providers share one account?

The Scale plan includes multi-provider seats, each with their own unique login.
